Stewart Bolling 26" x 26" x 84" twin rubber mill. Recently removed from a rubber manufacturing facility that closed in July of 2023. This mill was rebuilt by Stewart Bolling in 2016. Both front rolls are triple pass "drilled" rolls. Rear rolls are cored. Direct connected and unitized on a 4-piece keyed base with leveling pads. Lufkin T720B 83.5 to 1 reducer. WEG 300 hp 575VAC 1780 rpm motor and starter with dynamic braking. The Lufkin reducer is rated for 400HP. 1.08 friction ratio on both mills. Belly bar safeties on both mills. Akron standard overhead 84" mill blender. Operators control station. A drilled drive roll is also available for either side of this mill. Video of mill running available. Mill can be used as a single 84" left or right hand wrap around design.

Adamson 26" x 26" x 84" 500HP 2 - roll plastic/rubber mixing mill. Motorized roll adjusters can be replaced with hydraulic cylinders. Direct connected and unitized on a three piece heavy "I" beam steel base with leveling pads. New in 1988. Both rolls are triple pass "drilled" for heating or cooling and have 17" journals. Bearing housings have cored cooling channels for high temperature operation. Inboard and outboard grease seals. Rolls are individually driven to produce a wide range of friction ratios. Each roll is driven via Lufkin model #THB440CH, right angle gear reducer with a 64.69 to 1 ratio. Rated for 250HP with a 1.68 service factor @ 1150 rpm input speed. Each roll has a Reliance 250HP DC 1150 motor driving the reducer. Flip up stock guides. Prodicon overhead blender. There are no SCR drives or controls.

Farrel 22" x 22" x 60" mill. Left hand drive. Low profile frames. Space saving "wrap around" design. Pneumatic flip up batch guides. 1.2 to 1 friction ratio. Direct connected via Alten 48 to 1 reducer. 200HP GE 1200 rpm AC 460VAC motor. Two piece keyed base. Pneumatic disc brake. Inboard and outboard grease seals. Positive pullbacks with shear pins. Stewart Bolling 28" x 28" x 100" 2 roll rubber mill with front and rear "drilled" rolls. 500HP Haaglunds hydraulic variable speed marathon motor direct connected to drive roll. 500HP AC motor inside hydraulic pump cabinet. Hydraulic roll adjusters. 27/29 tooth connecting gears generating a 1.074 friction ratio. All hydraulic components new in 2017. Recently removed from production and in excellent operating condition.

This setup has variable speed and friction up to 24 RPM on either the front or rear roll. Mill has "ANTI-FRICTION" roller bearings on both the front and rear roll journals. Like new TMP "Technical Machine Products" 2-roll 6" x 6" x 13" lab mill with chromed rolls. "ROLLER BEARINGS". 7.5 HP 460VAC inverter duty gearhead motor, triple chain drive. Front and rear belly bar safeties. Positive pullback assemblies with flip up batch guides.

Farrel 3" x 3" x 7" 2-roll high temperature lab mill. 700 degree capability. Each roll is chrome plated. Each roll is electrically heated via cal rods with their own temperature controller. Each roll has electric air blowers to cool rolls and maintain set temperatures. Each roll is individually driven via 1-1/2 HP variable speed motor and starter and controls with a 440/3/60 VAC input. 120VAC control voltage. "ROLLER BEARINGS" on roll journals. Micro roll adjusters. Flip up guides. Finger barrier safety above rolls interlocked to front and rear knee safeties. Mill was recently removed from a Bridgestone lab in Akron Ohio. 0 to 30 RPM. Lufkin T540AH with double input and single output shafts. Parallel shaft, set up for left hand drive. Will rate for 400hp @ 900 rpm input speed with a 50.78:1 ratio. Excellent condition. Gears were replaced and ratio changed in 2016. Reducer was a spare for a 84" rubber mill. It has 1/2 of a 26 tooth chain coupling still installed and the opposing input shaft has already been modified to accept an Eaton airbrake. Serial# 352, order # 388946. We also have many other Lufkin T390's, T540's and T720's in inventory.

Falk model 2185YN3-B parallel shaft gear reducer with a 71.33 to 1 ratio. Rated for 300HP @ 1200 input speed output speed is with a 1.5 service factor. Has dual input and output shafts and has a Fawick air brake in excellent condition still installed.

1-Farrel F80 4-wing banbury with "ST" rotors. 16" hopper. Lufkin 16.43 to 1 uni-drive reducer. GE 600HP DC motor 500V with a 300V field. Hydraulic unit for drop door. Banbury is in excellent condition and there is a recent inspection report available. There are no controls or scr drives included with this mixer. New in 1997.

1-Farrel "BR82" laboratory Banbury mixer. 2-wing rotors. 2.7 lbs per batch. Recently removed from a GE laboratory. This is a unique lab mixer as it has factory Farrel "FYH" hydraulic dust stops with it's own power unit. Roller bearings on rotors.
